Lifecycle Management

We know that having a properly managed lifecycle on a product can save you money and time. A delay in production means a delay in shipping and frustration from the bottom up.  Avoid a break in production and prevent unexpected delays.  Sherlock will check the lifecycle before recommending a solution, and remain in contact with the manufacturers so that you do not have to. With proper EOL or part-replacement notification your systems can be upgraded, reconfigured, tested and approved with ease.

Revision Control

We work hard to get your system built with the most efficient components with a practical lifecycle. However, when changing a component is unavoidable, we will inform you immediately and find an alternative. In addition, we keep well documented any revisions, should there be a need to repair an old system. The same attention to quality checks and the assembly process is made for every revision.

Sales Team

Our dedicated sales specialists are here to help at any stage of your project. We offer assistance both pre and post sale. Each sales specialist undergoes constant product training on the latest products and trends. It is our mission to satisfy all of your requests and exceed your expectations.

Inventory Management

Let us stock components or fully-built systems for immediate shipment at your request. Your sales force and customers can have last-minute orders shipped to them with little or no delay. In addition, if a system becomes damaged, an immediate replacement is available while the damaged unit is returned.
